feeling melancholy is normal. let it come and go in its own time. letting it consume you is unhealthy and letting it be buried inside you is destructive. i came home and decided to take a long hot shower. light lots of candles. have a yummy brunch and cozy up on the BCC with hot coffee and ice water. the only thing on my to do list today is yoga and workout with florence + the machine as the background.
doing what is you is the most important thing, no matter the influencing situations.
