Positive affirmations are something everyone should do daily. Each morning start a mantra of compliment yourself every morning and smile in the mirror instead of pick at your flaws and frown at the sleep in your eyes. This time.change has had me up early getting my days off to positive starts setting the tone for not only the rest of the day, but my attitude towards it and motivating my mind set. It's a boom.o.rang, and at the end of the day as you get ready for bed, chances are you will feel a sense of accomplishment that soothes into a restful sleep.
