double take

I was just sitting on my couch reading a text for my political theory class (that is comparable to three (3) EXTRA strength tylenol PMs) when I noticed that the sun was beginning to shine through the clouds on this rather glum looking day.
As I glanced over the edge of my book, I noticed fluffy grey clouds, sightly white on the edges, powder blue in between all illuminating in such a way that it legitimately took my breath away.
I had to just stop and stare at one of the truly most beautiful things on the planet, that costs no money, cannot be replicated by man, and brings such joy to my heart.

 ..it made me think about everything else in this world....and please excuse my french..but...
