rough waters ahead?

never be phased, for we would still believe the world was flat if no one was ever brave enough to sail out into the unpredictable unknown

passions?

i was recently asked what i was passionate about, and at this time of my life i couldn't really put my finger on one or two..but then i saw this image and it all made sense.

1. family, especially my brother

1.5 friends who have been there like my family

2. a solid sense of self

the other things i can place "passion"on as stuff i have just spent the majority of my life building and expanding on like the law, legal theories, and history

or providing a life i can be proud of not only in material things but a work ethic and networking

and lastly ...a wardrobe to die for.

midterm mania

i would ACE an exam if these were my texts... however Constitutional Law is a close 2nd.

it sure has been rainy, windy, and chilly outside; and while it reminds me of my time in NorCal and how fun it is to sport my leopard print rain boots, it also gives me the perfect excuse to sit cozy in bed reading fashion blogs, finding warm recipes in Southern Living mag, and organize the inside to the sweet scent of candles with a glass of wine or cup of tea.

i've realized i have run out of places for my shoes, jewelry and basically everything.. and i just might resort to storing things in the freezer or the useless cabinets above the fridge.
